| 英文描述 | Lambs in Norway which are returned from mountain pastures and put onto lush aftermath pastures in September can develop an acute respiratory distress syndrome. Signs develop 18-72 hours after being moved. This resembles 'fog fever' of cattle, but the alveolar epithelial hyperplasia seen in that syndrome is absent. Lambs of the Old Norwegian breed seem most susceptible. The cause is unknown. Dx by history and histopathology. |
